New Year’s Question. How do I Become the Person I Want to Be?
Ask How do I Become a Person of Character
Become the person you want to be! We are into the start of a brand-new year. For many this is the time to set a New Year’s resolution and goals. However, as you may know, and many have experienced, these are often short-lived and doomed for failure. Usually within a couple weeks or a month. Instead of setting goals and a new year’s resolution, why not answer this New Year’s question; How do I become the person I want to be? Instead of focusing on success with that fitness program, diet or getting more organized, why not strive to become the person you want to be.
Ask How do I Become a Person of Resolve
Become the person of Resolve! Resolve means to reach a firm decision about, and to declare a resolution. I have personally made a firm decision and resolution about this new year. One word that reflects that firm decision and resolution is the word “QUALITY”. So my personal word for the year is “QUALITY”. I want to demonstrate quality in relationships: with God, spouse, family and others. With handling finances, and with work. I am trusting God for help in this and that it would be a blessing for others and myself for the year 2017.I challenge you to ask yourself this question! What person do you want to be this year? What word might reflect that? Here are a few words to help you get started:
Gentle
Brave
Impartiality
Mastery
Patience
Respectful
Myself
Assertive

Let that word become the lens through which you see people, relationships, work, and all the great things ahead of us this new year.Until next time, Be Well and Stay Healthy!
